Some of the core areas of responsibility would be:
- Work with executive leadership to understand the business plan and strategic focus on existing and new verticals.
- Analyze the gaps in core platform by working with customers, other engineering & product teams, sales and service teams and develop a long-term product roadmap for core platform.
- Work closely with Engineering leadership to ensure the roadmap is inclusive of technical and non-functional requirements, and there is clear alignment on overall priorities and execution plan.
- Lead, coach and mentor product managers through the product lifecycle and development processes.
- Establish and lead a strong design team to ensure standard UI/UX practices and deliver best-in-class user experience.
- Develop, execute and support pricing strategies based on product value and performance.
- Own the KPI dashboard for the entire product suite - define measures, set goals, report on progress and drive KPI improvements.
- Support sales teams in pre-sale solution and go-to-market discussions.
- Constantly engage with key customers to solicit direct feedback on products and features.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management of business applications and enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business, core metrics and growth drivers.
- Experience of managing multiple product teams and working with engineering teams to deliver software releases per plan.
- Exceptionally well-organized with zero tolerance of leakage of any commitments
- Ability to connect with sales, marketing and service teams to have a clear pulse of market and customer needs and communicate our product capabilities and differentiators to them.
