Product Manager - Internet/Online - IIT/IIM/NIT/BITS (10-20 yrs)

Product manager's responsibility will be to understand the key stakeholders (Customers, Partners, Leadership, Internal Stakeholders) problems, requirements and wishlists, and come up with the scalable product solutions leading to high customer NPS and minimum operational overheads. Must handle the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Switch between short-term and long-term goals and define and prioritize the product roadmap.

2. Collaborate with Tech, Design, CS, Business and Analytics teams to implement product solutions.

3. Delivering key metrics targets for the assigned POD.

4. Create multiple hypotheses and validate these using data/customer interactions and other tools.

5. Understand tech (architecture, scale pitfalls, etc) and to define functional design by taking platform/capability view

6. Create highly visible solutions affecting millions of customers and business partners.

7. Work on massively large and highly scalable infrastructure.

8. Manage multiple projects from concept to implementation.

9. Proactively communicate with stakeholders to keep them up to speed on planning, roadmap, execution status, launch, its impact, learnings, etc.

10. Product management, product lifecycle management, competitive analysis, feature enhancement, product strategy, product roadmap.

Qualifications:

1. 10-20 years of experience, with more than 6 years of product management experience.

2. Handled products in the Analytics and Machine Learning domain.

3. Graduation from IIT/IIM/NIT/BITS only

4. Currently working for an ecommerce firm.

5. Should have handled scale
