Product Manager - Internet/Online - IIT (4-8 yrs)
Skills required : (From IIT- Bombay/Madras/Delhi/Kanpur/Kharagpur/Guwahati)
- An understanding of what makes for good user experience and behaviour design.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decisions are tied to user metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of analytics tools like Clevertap, Mixpanel, etc
- Experience in a fast-paced B2C Series A/B startup is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own your product deliverables
- Execute new product initiatives. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships to deliver new projects against ambitious timelines.
- Conduct analyses on user behaviours and trends. Use these analyses to make product decisions and future developments.
- Attend daily stand-ups and team meetings to discuss daily product progress.
- Participate in product strategy and tactical planning conversations. Brainstorm on best next steps for product development.
