Product managers are responsible for one thing - shipping awesome products that our users love. That means you need to do everything it takes to ship these products. From identifying areas to focus on, understanding user needs, writing requirements, working with all teams to implement, analyse data post launch and chalk out the strategic direction of the product.

You may be responsible for multiple products in a line of business . So you need to be able to do all that listed above for all the products under your watch. Challenging- Definitely. Interesting- Absolutely!

Key Responsibilities:

- Ship awesome products and improve existing ones

- Obsess over details - design to requirements to anything that affects the product

- Identify areas to focus on for new products and product extensions

- Lay down the strategic direction of the product you are responsible for

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of work experience with, preferably, 3-4 years managing consumer facing products

- Ability to clearly communicate your vision of the product to anyone in the company

- You can use data to drive decisions and directions and also understand API documentations

- Experience shipping a product that is being used by thousands (or millions!) of users is definitely useful

- B.E./B.Tech a must; MBA from premier institutes preferred
