Product Manager - Internet/Online (7-10 yrs)
- We are building a disruptive, next generation retail business that will integrate physical & digital marketplaces in India in a unique manner. This transformation will have an impact on millions of retailers in India. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to participate in a transformative journey of how commerce will operate in India
- Own the business design for specific business modules (e.g. merchant on-boarding, inventory planning, etc.)
- Establish product vision, lay out product roadmap, and lead product/ module to success
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, unique global journeys to identify best practices and implement them
- Identify key features to be built for disrupting the market
- Create, maintain and prioritize the business backlog
- Work closely with Product Engineer and Tech lead to create and release plan
- Leads product to delivery and overall success (through new features)
- Observes, learns about, contacts and analyzes end users of the product to updated product based on feedback
- Works with different platform teams to understand the requirements and constraints for building the product
- 7-10 years of experience (majorly in technology consulting)
- Strong domain experience in consumer/retail is a must
- Preferred technology backgound
- Preferred MBA from a reputed Business School
Key Skills & Competencies :
- Understanding of technology design, architecture, and solution delivery
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Must be a strong collaborator and a team player
- Passion for innovation and - can do- attitude
