Product Manager - Internet/Online (5-8 yrs)
- Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.
- Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.
- Help analyze data, evaluate features and understand user needs and pain points - proactively identify gaps in the current online experience and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business value.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize initiatives that help customers more seamlessly transact on the platform.
- Develop reports that provide an overview of product performance and post - launch results and develop success metrics.
- Review customer feedback, conduct surveys and user testing to capture feedback and communicate findings clearly and constructively with the team. Organize and evaluate tests around new feature releases.
- Min of 5+ years of Product Management experience and overall 7+ years of industry experience working on products with scale (B2C, Consumer).
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a product lifecycle and executing large cross-functional initiatives
- Data-driven - solid understanding of data/analytics tools, and ability to deep dive into data to make decisions
