Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the product conceptualization, definition, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer problems, Omnichannel, Supply chain, Finance and technology to then synthesize into product strategy that improve customer experience, reduce cost and bring efficiency into operations.
- Measure impact of all product developments and back it up with appropriate data. Constantly iterating on product offerings based on feedback & data.
- Be the expert for a complete business solution by thoroughly knowing the product functionality, constraints, business processes, value, stakeholder's need and industry domain, how it's used, and where it meets or fails to meet customer needs, helps teams solve problems through problem domain expertise.
- Create buy-in for the product vision with key stakeholders.
- Create new features by demonstrating cohesive end-to-end thinking and work closely with cross functional teams to define the work required to successfully deliver and realize a winning offering.
Skills and Experience:
- Over all 4-6 years of experience.
- At least 2 years work experience as Product Manager
- Knowledge on ecommerce, omnichannel, retail technologies and supply chain added advantage
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to indirectly influence various teams without direct control, to deliver the
necessary product feature set
- Experience with all stages of the product lifecycle from product conceptualization till implementation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
