Product Manager - Internet/Online (3-9 yrs)
- Research and development, enhancements and redesign of our product, in line with the established strategy and vision of the organization
- Design and develop our product, enhance its current feature with the overall vision and strategy of the organization and its business
- Participate in all processes associated with writing and defining product specs
- Engage in product specification reviews with key stakeholders
- Responsible for the strategic conversion of complex ideas into products that deliver efficient business outcomes
- Prioritize aggressively and effectively to deliver the critical solution.
- Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators to maintain positive product outcomes
- Work with and drive cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives
- Collaborate with various teams for new product/feature launches and devise plan for product adoption and measure product success.
Job Requirements
Qualifications : B Tech + Post Graduate (MBA from tier 1 college preferred)
Experience : 3-8 years (Exp. in Internet Companies is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Experience in building and managing products from ideation to launch.
