Job Description :
- Need someone who has good experience in managing websites, apps, desktop and is passionate about data crunching. Be a strategy partner to the business head and vertical stakeholders to drive e-commerce business and launch products.
- Should be able to track all metrics of website/ app/ kiosk - traffic, journeys, sales, conversion, funnels and should be able to give measureable actionable for the various team to act.
- Translate user requirements into appropriate Business requirement documents (including designing of Business & Functional System Flows), and testing scenarios
- Co-ordinate with third party System Integrators to manage development / enhancement projects.
- Co-ordinate with other IT teams & System Integrators for trouble shooting bugs and finding quick-fixes where regular solutions may be long drawn
- Help functional and business users understand technology capabilities and limitations.
- Query resolution and trouble shooting of issues related to technology.
- Performing hygiene checks and data sanity through Ecom ecosystem
- Refine company's ecommerce sites by introducing site improvements,
- 24x7 availability in case of problems
- May be expected to work unusual hours during site launches and busy seasons
- Should be able to send daily/weekly trackers to various stakeholders on all website hygiene parameters, journeys with period comparison and clear actionable.
- Specialization and work experience in Big Data preferred.
- Should be able to map online-offline customer journeys.
- Should be able to put implement or edit basic codes on GA with the help of IT.
- Work with the digital merchandise and market campaign teams to guide them on consumer behavior and insights to plan offers and conversions.
