Job Overview:

One of Product client is looking for a Product Manager to lead design and development of various elements of Inhouse Product. A prior experience as a product manager with an IoT company or a start-up would be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- As a Lead Product Manager, you will span the entire product lifecycle by creating the product roadmap and use case stories to create and launch innovative products in the enterprise IoT areas.

- Have sound knowledge of how an IoT product works and the various frontend modules of an IoT stack.

- Scoping, designing and developing different elements from both hardware and software side.

- To manage prioritization and trade-offs against developer efforts, customer experience, and time to market.

- Work with technical and business teams, and other cross-functional teams for the product launch, defining product strategyand overall product vision.

- To provide unparalleled customer experience with a range of approaches: product marketing, a range of marketing channels, customer surveys and consumer profiling.

- To find out avenues for monetizationwhile creating unparallel consumer value. Manage product P&L and suggest ways to optimize profitability.

Job Requirement:

- Engineering degree with an MBA degree would be preferred.

- Should have minimum of 8+years.

- Good understanding of IoT ecosystem including the key challenges as it relates to monetization, connectivity, process and business problems.

- Strong track record in successfully launching and delivering new products and services into the market.

- Mindset of a product owner: managing competing priorities, influencing stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and driving outcomes.

- Must be a clear thinker with strong problem-solving skills, comfortable in handling complexity and ambiguity while managing competing priorities.

- Must be able to communicate and present with clarity and conviction, influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
