- Define the strategic vision for a product, create roadmap, and have a track record of successfully driving product teams to deliver per deadlines. Prioritise and make crisp decisions. - Influence and strategize tech priorities through data-driven contributions. Should be able to achieve optimum resource allocations to achieve a desired customer or business outcome. - Deep understanding and appreciation of platform, API integration, databases, business applications, and UX. - Act as the business owner for our products, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business. - Lead Associate Product Managers and provide thorough leadership and guidance. - Develop a detailed understanding of the product development and go-to-market process for the business, as well as the factors that drive success within each segment of their business. - Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential. - Create business plans for new opportunities and develop and execute project plans for the launch of new features. - Provide content and leadership to engineering and technology teams to help render the product. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines. - Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets. Must Haves: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar technical field from Tier-1 institutes. - Minimum 5 years of work experience in product management, including consumer facing products. - In depth knowledge of wireframing, prototyping and metrics- tracking tools. - Experience managing multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation. - Ability to develop and drive business strategy. - Multiple successful launches of V1 products in a rapid growth environment. - Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment with a short iteration cadence. - Proven experience in managing end-to-end lifecycle for data &amp; analytics products to solve large-scale, critical business problems with the customer at the center. - Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. PREFERRED: - MBA from Tier-1 college - Experience in software development. - Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as Project Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing. - Data Analytics knowledge/experience
