Client Details

Client is an upcoming player in the Fintech space and is seeking an experienced product manager primarily from the health insurance background and someone who has built digital platform from scratch and has handled a call centre in any insurance set up.

Description

- Reporting to the Head Fintech you will be responsible for-

- Design and launch new web-based products as well as improve existing products with a focus on improving user experience and user engagement

- Use market and competitive analysis, goals of the business, and technology capabilities to define and develop product plan and requirements

- Assess market and business opportunities, defining business and features and measuring results.

- Work with many teams across the company (including sales and marketing) to drive product planning, development and launch

- Develop product roadmap, write requirements and plan of action that measure benefits of the product

- Obsessively analyzing the data to develop insights to help drive the product roadmap

- Work with the contact centre to increase productivity & drive business

- Coordinate with insurance manufacturers to onboard new products & help design products

Profile :

- 5+ years of product management or product development experience preferred and must have experience in the health insurance set up

- Experience managing web and mobile platforms where consumers cross over for usage is highly desirable

- Experience handling call centre is a must experience

- MBA is a must
