Product Manager - Insurance Broking (8-12 yrs)
We need a Digital Product resource for Health & Benefit who will lead digital projects to create solutions for employees & HR in benefits.
Job Description :
- Experience needed are profiles with prior experience in developing product architecture and leading digital initiatives to built consumer grade tech & mobile platforms, preferably in health & benefits
- Develop a deep understanding of the implicit and explicit customer behavior via primary and secondary research
- Develop an understanding of multiple financial services products and synergies between them
- Work with the UX team to create the entire customer journey on various channels.
- Lead the development for the product along with the technology team in an agile development framework. Would be responsible for tracking the progress and final delivery.
- Liaison with key internal stakeholders in order to ensure that the initiative fits in well with the overall platform. Internal teams include technology teams, design team, marketing, customer service etc.
- Liaison with key into drive External stakeholders in order to ensure that the we have the right product constructs and journey for the platform
- Actively work with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that the processes are well defined and implemented
