Responsibilities :

- Define product vision, roadmap, features, functionality, and growth opportunities for platform & solutions based on Digital Manufacturing/Industry 4.0.

- Gathers, manages, and prioritizes platform (IIOT) features & development as per market/customer requirements.

- Illustrating UX design of platform & solutions through wireframes& user flow diagrams.

- Work closely with Product Designer in developing and maintaining detailed UX design.

- Utilize data analysis and data sources to anticipate business trends, competitive activity, understand consumer usage needs to make sound conclusions and recommendations.

- Work closely with Internal team, including software engineering, data engineer, and product strategy team to guide prioritization and make sure that product development is focused and impactful considering product vision & roadmap.

- Should be able to write requirements, specifications, workflows for business use cases & platform development.

- Utilize data analysis and data sources to anticipate business trends, competitive activity, understand consumer usage needs to make sound conclusions and recommendations.

- Continuously improve cross-functional planning, team alignment, stage-gate development, and decision-making processes.

- Manage and prioritize feature iterations to make trade-offs affecting schedule, cost, quality.

- Knowledge& Experience of Data Visualization &Analytics

- Write clear, compelling, and detailed (technical) user epics and stories with user acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.

- Carry out functional/user testing of Platform & Solutions.

- Carry out MES/IIOT product comparisons and functional/technical fit gap analysis.

Additional Skills :

- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) & SCADA Systems (preferably Aveva Wonderware for Process Industries / Batch Manufacturing)

- Working knowledge of OT-IT Integrations Including PLCs, SCADA with ERP & MES Systems

- Working Knowledge of ERP (SAP) Modules such as Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management System(WMS), etc.

- Experience with IOT/IIOT Platforms such as Azure IOT, AWS, PTC Thing Worx, etc.

- Has strong collaboration, presentation, and consulting skills working to develop product strategies to meet business goals.

- Knowledge of Software Development processes such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban will be a plus.

- Clear written and verbal communications skills; Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative, and flexible; Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Experience & Educational Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of Professional experience in Product management or similar roles with 2-3 years of In-depth exposure with IOT / IIOT platforms / Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) / MES Functional Consulting for Process & Batch Manufacturing Industry.
