Product Manager - Home Loans & LAP

- Analysis of the products, process & services

- Managing the product development process from the concept phase to the post-launch phase i.e. management of product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation.

- Development, approval, training, and communication of new products/product changes and their associated customer, operational, system, & process impacts to the various internal departments.

- Developing & conducting specialized training for Sales, Credit & Operations team on new products launched.

- Act as point of reference for product related enquiries/customer escalations/complaints to senior management and work collaboratively with credit & operations team.

- Managing the Home loan portfolio which involves monitoring in-life product performance: sales, yield, delinquency, exception reporting etc. by conducting analysis using data & provide detailed monthly report to the Senior Management

- Monitoring profitability of the Home loan department vis-a-vis targets.
