Product Manager - Exciting Healthcare Startup - Mobile Driven

The 'Uber' of ambulance and doctor services is looking for a Product Manager to help grow their online platform by creating a best-in-class digital experience for their customers, as well as improving and creating tools used by their first responders.

You Will:

- Create or redefine a product vision

- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, and problems

- Gather input from key internal stakeholders in sales, marketing, and operations.

- Take into account inputs from internal and external sources, develop and communicate a roadmap that meets the product vision and delivers on business objectives

- Identify and prioritize features to meet the product vision

- Work with the tech team, create specifications, requirements, and designs for those new features

- Serve as a product owner, working closely with the development and tech team to deliver features and tasks as part of an agile sprint process

- Analyse the impact of changes, and incorporate learnings into the product roadmap

- Manage a diverse set of stakeholders, and have to make and communicate challenging prioritization decisions

The ideal candidate has:

- 3-5 years of experience of product ownership

- B.Tech degree (or equivalent) + MBA preferred

- Hand on experience in coding and building architecture

- Familiar with latest Android UI design guidelines. Knowledge of native framework for IOS

- Excellent understanding of general web functions and standards, web applications and programming languages such as PHP, HTML, Javascript. Good working experience of handling third party API.

- Be focused on delivery and getting things done!

- Have a background in online commerce, particularly mobile products; should have worked on and ideally launched an app (not necessarily in healthcare)

- Have led agile teams in the role of product owner, and have a strong understanding of agile processes

- Be data and research driven in your approach on making product and prioritization decisions

- Great communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills

- Be intellectually flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
