Product Manager
- Manage the entire product from strategic planning to tactical activities at the operational level in K&R.
- To manage the product at all the levels (marketing, sales, operations, customer engagement
- The product manager analyzes market and competitive conditions and lays out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands.
- Understanding the market & customer requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
- To create a defined process to and to make the team work within the defined process.
- To understand the problems or issues faced by the team and support them and help in overall growth of the Product
- To connect with different departments such as marketing, sales and others for the growth of the product.
- To do analysis and understand the functional requirements.
- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. Responsible for publishing and maintaining Product Road Map.
- To find and come out with innovative ideas/ solutions in line with the customer requirements and creating and strengthening new product lines (eg. Lactation support)
