About Digital Process Excellence (DPEx)

Our digital transformation journey is led by the DPEx team and is structured along the lines of Digitalize the Core and Transform with Digital.

With a mandate to ensure continuous process improvement and drive patient centric innovation, it spans all functions and operations. In other words, you could be working on projects to expedite research outcomes one day, designing customer engagement platforms the next and simplifying warehouse processes the third.

- Create Digital solutions that make the lives of our patients and customers easier and better

Who will you work with

You will be part of a team of business consultants, product/program managers and technology architects. Besides, you will necessarily have to work closely with the Global Manufacturing team, the Integrated Product Development Organization - our R&D unit, the Pharmaceutical Services and Active Ingredients team and the biologics team in markets across the world.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for innovation and value creation through digital transformation within the organization by understanding business goals, current processes, constraints, customer journeys and business roadmaps.

- Take end to end ownership and management of Digital Solutions.

- Work closely with engineering, design, data sciences, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.

- Engage with customers & partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Business, Communication, Growth) to prioritize, drive, and implement the product evolution.

- Establish key success metrics for the product and its features, and measure them post-launch; constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance.

- Leverage technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) Bock Chain, Mobility, Cloud etc. in order to solve business problems.

- Work with market teams to conceptualize patient centric care management solutions that create value beyond the pill and improve therapy outcomes.

- Facilitate ideation, collaboration and knowledge management between stakeholders and external partners in order to enhance business value.

Qualifications We Prefer

Education: Degree/ MBA from Tier 1 Institutes

Work Experience: 8+ years of Experience in Product management

Skills that are important for the job

Technical:

- Understanding of UI/UX processes

- Digital Technologies such as Mobility, Cloud, AI, IoT etc

- Agile Methodologies such as Scrum Behavioural:

- Reasoning and analytical ability

- Leadership skills
