Job description :  Position : Product Manager/Head  The Requisites :  - We are looking for a Product Manager to help develop our app and web platforms to provide our users the best experience possible.  - He will be responsible for creating, driving, and managing high-impact product initiatives to maximize growth.   - Lead the ideation, wireframing and launch of new product initiatives.  - Drive product development by liasoning with a fast moving tech team and involve major stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and features from launch and execution.  - Lead Product evolution from a UX standpoint  - Use data and analytics to steer product growth and vision and analyse newly launched products.  - Provide thought leadership and strategic insight  - Have worked preferably in a consumer internet company  - Be able to demonstrate user experience hygiene and lead product evolution from a user experience standpoint.  - Be very data-driven and use data to support decisions and define and analyze metrics that measure the success of products.  - Have 2+ years of relevant experience.  Jyoti Manchekar
