Product Manager - Growth - Online/Internet - IIT/NIT/IIM/XLRI/FMS

About the role of Product Manager, we require candidates to have proven Ideation, Conceptualization and Analytical skills that may have been developed with a fast-paced e-commerce organization. Product Manager- Growth at Company is someone who is passionate about discovering and building growth levers for new user acquisition. Should have experience in conversion funnel, ESPs, Mobile push notifications and remarketing and is creative, analytical and an intuitive person with a strong understanding of driving user growth & engagement.

Individuals must have 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management.

Qualifications: BE + MBA from top B school would be a plus.

Requisites:

- The person should have 2 to 6 years of strong product management experience in the consumer internet space.

- Experience in driving growth and engagement for internet and mobile products

- Experience in startups and in launching and growing internet and mobile products from zero to millions of users a big plus.

- Awesome communication and copywriting skills.

- Ability to express ideas into words in an easy to understand form.

Responsibilities :

- To own the growth story of one or more products .

- To identify product and content opportunities for creating growth

- Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact

- To suggest product tweaks and integrations that can drive viral growth

- Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data

- Identify product gaps

- Identify growth opportunities

- Leverage market research to think creatively about targeting and reaching potential customers with the appropriate channels and ensure creative validation through testing.
