Job Description :
- You will work closely with the Growth and Product Team to develop innovative growth hacks on Product with a high focus on improving growth and business metrics
- You will be responsible for driving growth on the product by building a product experimentation roadmap, optimizing existing product funnels, enabling viral loops, leading key product growth initiatives, and many more.
- You will own the entire user lifecycle on the Product- from new user acquisition all the way through customer retention and expansion.
- You will also work closely with the product and retention team to study product feature lifecycle solving customer needs and driving retention on the product.
- You will also own Growth via key product-led initiatives including Referral as a Growth lever.
- You will define and prioritize detailed objectives and specifications for initiatives ranging from landing pages, UX improvements, user engagement tests, technical SEO improvements, nurture flows, and more.
- You will conduct basic research, interviews, and usability testing to understand our user's needs/problem areas and how to meet them elegantly and effectively
- You will take product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. A/B testing, survey data, usability studies).
Job requirements:
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in Growth is a must.
- Relevant Product and Product Manager is also a must.
- Deep knowledge of the user journey across multiple devices.
- Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices.
- Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
- A scientific, entrepreneurial, and curious mindset is a must
- Experience with engagement and optimization tools (MoEngage, Google Optimise, Optimizey, Appcues, etc.
- Past Experience in Fintech or having worked in a high growth start-up would be a huge plus
