Product Manager/Group Product Manager - Derma

Position : Product Manager /Group Product Manager ( Dermatology Division).

Purpose : To Develop a Marketing Strategy to achieve the desired result for the Division.

Competency required :

- Graduate with MBA/ Diploma in Marketing Management.

- At least 3- 8 years of Marketing experience

- Demonstrated experience in launching and building new brands.

- Experience in shaping and implementing innovative brand solutions.

- Exposure to Derma / Skin Care Products is mandatory.

Key Result Area / Responsibilities :

- Defining the purpose of selecting the brand for the campaign.

- Develop a marketing plan to execute the campaign.

- Maintain the expense to sale ratio to meet profitability.

- Regular Training / Cycle meets for KAMs for effective execution of a particular campaign.

- Develop and implement a marketing plan to achieve sales targets and improve the profitability of the organization.
