Product Manager - Roadmap - Go To Market - Marketing
- We are looking for a Product Manager for a Houston, USA based PRODUCT Technology company, which introduced Industry-first face recognition system to authenticate real users with the greater privacy policy for end-user. It is the only social media app of real people.
- Users are fully verified with government-issued photo ID using our world-leading facial recognition technology. This means that there are no duplicate or fake accounts. This also means that the generation of fake content is reduced significantly.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the company's full-fledged VIDEO CONFERENCING APP (similar to Zoom, Hangout, MS Teams etc), and service to market.
- This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing program aimed at the target user segments - online as well as through the direct sales force. The goal is to build user traction for the company's video conferencing service.
- While this role will report to the company's COO, he/she also needs to be able to self-manage on a local level.
- Focus on building the user base - paid as well as free users.
- Develop and manage local marketing and promotional plans and activities - and work with the sales team and the PR agency when required.
- Define and help develop the website content and any sales and marketing materials that maybe required.
- Develop and provide simple training to those in need of it for promotion and adoption of the app.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6-8 years
- MBA (Marketing)
- Maturity in decision making
- A self-starter who can work with limited supervision and an unstructured environment
- Proven experience in product launch and product offering
- Experience bringing a technology product or service (preferably online) to market
- Result oriented
- Ability to work under stress
- Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with the marketing of Microsoft Communications tools is a plus
- Experience with social media a plus
- Experience working with a technology company a plus
