Product Manager - Global Competitive Strategy (5-9 yrs)

They are looking for a full-time individual to help develop deep competitive analysis for specific user segments together with related competitive business models. If you like to draw conclusions from market data, enjoy being the go to person on the competition for sales and product management, love to keep tabs on the direction of the market and the competition then this is the role you have on your wish list.

Primary Responsibilities - 

- From the transaction forensics of the sales win/loss assessment you canvass sources to establish the patterns and market weights that validate our competitive position across the unique perspectives of the economic, technical and functional buyers.

- Investigate Web collateral and other sources to describe current and future offerings of major competitors in key segments

- Develop understanding of key competitors business (Growth, Adoption, Discounting)

- Forecast trends for the targeted segments of our business

- Summarize the analysis for consumption by product management, sales and C level execs.

General Qualifications - 

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience

- Ability to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management on issues or findings

- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertise Willing to travel to meet resellers and key company individuals

- Experience in Enterprise Content and/or Enterprise Data Science would be helpful but not necessary.
