Product Manager - Game (4-9 yrs)

Must worked in the Gaming domain.

Responsibilities:

Ownership of the game's PnL

Researching the new trends and performing competitor analysis and suggesting new product ideas

Creating product launch plan with target KPIs and working with various functions within the organization to execute it

Building product roadmap and forecasting the potential growth

Taking the ownership of LiveOps post launch, driving A/B experimentation for product success

Monitoring and Analyzing the user & game data realtime to understand the behavior and trends

Taking measures to optimize the game to meet the target KPIs

Applying various methods and introducing new features to increase/improve the game revenue. Analyzing the success of the each new feature introduced

Putting together resource utilization plan to achieve target dates

Co-ordinating with various functions like Game Design, Tech, Art, Marketing, QA etc., in achieving the business goals

Work with in-house team to build automated reports engine to support day to day operations of the game

Relaying product performance information across the team and management, and plans for the future

Perquisites:

Extremely Metric and data driven

Understanding about gaming trends across the globe

Critical and Analytical thinking is expected

Strong knowledge in business and economics. Degree in Mathematics/Statistics recommended

Strong quantitative and analytical skills; the ability to derive conclusions from data and clearly communicate findings is critical

Excellent verbal and written communication skills topped by high persuasion skills & strong analytical skills

Good knowledge and experience of online media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
