Product Manager - FinTech Startup - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (3-10 yrs)
Our client is a VC backed, early stage, Well-Funded Startup based in Mumbai. They are creating a marketplace for Loan Products.
They are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the Product strategy, roadmap, innovation and success
S/He will be responsible for :
- Design, document and refine overall product roadmap
- Write product/product-marketing requirements documents
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external stakeholders/departments.
- Drive product launches
- Work directly with the dev teams/marketing /sales/ delivery teams to define & Manage prioritization
To qualify for this position, you must :
- Engineering from Top Schools (Plus MBA preferred)
- 3 to 10 years of experience in B2C, C2C Product Management
- Have good experience of working with Tech, Marketing, Sales teams
- Have experience in defining Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmaps
- Have experience in creating Product, Marketing documents
- Have experience in managing Stake-holders and Reporting
- Great communication skills
