Product Manager - FinTech/Retail Banking/BFS Domain (3-7 yrs)
- Should have 3-6 years experience in providing solutions for BFSI sector
- Has managed customer life cycle in BFSI domain
- Has experienced pre-sales and solutioning with internal/external stakeholders
- Has been exposed to lending eco-system
- Has prior experience of building data & analytics based digital underwriting platform
- Has played an active role in requirement gathering, wireframe preparation, stakeholder management and user acceptance testing for at least one significant product / project
- Has experience in Secondary Research & Documentation
- Has demonstrated flair for software products / services
- Should have strong business management and analysis skills
- Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast moving environment
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the BFSI client requirements and provide relevant product solutions for their needs
- Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive release for existing products
- Conceptualise and build innovative financial products in lending for platform users
