Job Description - Act as a key advisor on critical changes in the competitive landscape, global marketplace and external business environment. - Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change. - Work with the team to develop future growth strategies, formulate an organization's business plan, product plan, new project launches as well as sales strategy. - Create business strategy, owning P&amp;L and managing program metrics. - Work with sales and marketing teams in order to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. - Set the long term vision and define the product strategy along with roadmap. - Responsible for spearheading the strategic vision across all fronts of the business. - Establish and review key strategic priorities and translate them into actionable and quantitative plans. - Manage and analyze existing business strategies in order to provide council to the business's leadership and ensure alignment with the business's overall strategy. - Assist departmental leaders and managers in driving and optimizing improvement of key value levers that will give the business a sustainable competitive advantage. Successful Applicant - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in consulting domain or with startups - Experience of closely working with the founders or top level management. - BE/ MBA from Top Tier Colleges - Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills - Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams - Excellent relationship building capabilities with partners both internal and external to the organization - Perseverant and able to think of and execute creative solutions to problems - Able to direct and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously Whats on offer - Chance to work very closely with the Founders of a growth intensive start-up. - Chance to head a Business unit and run the business end to end - Opportunity to pursue higher education after 2 years of stint
