About Our Client : Our client is a new age Fintech client headquartered in Gurgaon
Job Description :
- Act as a key advisor on critical changes in the competitive landscape, global marketplace and external business environment
- Collaborate with Functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalise change
- Will get exposure to all functions (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc.)
- Work with the team to develop future growth strategies, formulate organisation's business plan, product planning, new project launches as well as sales strategy
The Successful Applicant :
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Consulting domain or Startups
- Closely working with the founders or Senior Management
- BE/ MBA from Tier 1 Colleges
- Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills
- Strong problem solving and communication abilities; is organised and efficient
