Product Manager - FinTech

FinTech Product Organisations; Consumer Led Business that provide significant insights into end consumer behaviours and technology interactions/ consumption.

Scope and Impact factors :

- New product development/ features and roll-out; Application of relevant technologies

- Innovative mindset and problem solving ability, customer empathy, unconventional techniques and relationship management

- Project management

- Experience in working in FinTech environment

- Data modelling ability and analytical orientation

- Stakeholder engagement/ management

Role Summary:

Market Knowledge:

1. Financial services knowledge, understanding of various unsecured credit products (retail and institutional)

2. Understanding of other competitive and complementary products in the market (including Banks, Insurance companies amongst others), Govt. driven initiatives that can be leveraged, identifying alliance opportunities

Product Management:

3. End consumer empathy. Awareness and understanding of the credit needs of Avanti borrowers, their livelihoods and associated value chains

4. Problem solving ability using tech and an innovative mindset - ability to challenge status-quo and deliver solutions in line with end consumer needs

5. Project management - product roadmap to meet customer needs and collaborating with technology teams to implement the same as per timelines.

6. Assessing strategic alliance opportunities in collaboration with on-field business development representatives to foster the sustained adoption of the co-created products.

7. Develop the product functionalities in line with the unique operating model/ construct of Avanti.

8. Stakeholder engagement and ability to work under ambiguous circumstances is a must.

9. Role will involve extensive travel within India.
