- Experience Level: 8 - 10 years of Project & Product Management

- Candidate should have past experience in:

a) New Product Development & Management

b) Designing & Understanding Consumer Journeys

c) Designing wire-frames and Product Requirement Documents

d) Communication & Management with External Clients

e) Digitization & Automation of the Process Flows

f) Project Management Capabilities & Strategic Planning

g) Market & Consumer Insights & Research

h) Data Analysis

i) Understanding of lending & Payment Eco-system is a plus

- Roles & Responsibilities:-

a) The respective candidate will be a part of Digital & Fintech Business Team.

b) Major responsibilities will require coordination with Partners in Product & Solution Design.

c) Candidate is expected to think End - End Process Flow and Consumer Journey of the Product

d) Create Process & Product Design Document for Internal & External stake holders.

e) Client Management

f) Revenue Generation

g) Competitive Analysis and Best Practices adopted by other players in the Eco-system.

h) Think innovatively for Problem solving
