Product Manager - FinTech

Responsibilities :

- Designing and implementation of new payment products, overlooking the functionalities as well as the security aspects of all new launches.

- Leading all third part integration efforts, the building of api platform to enable small and large FinTech to integrate and build their payment solutions.

- Hands-on implementation experience with digital payment solutions

- Collaborating with cross-functional internal & external stakeholders to incorporate new requirements in tech stack.

- Work on the evolution of product strategy by identifying potential opportunities based on research, data and trends

- Designing & maintaining security roadmap and implementing controls against various standards & regulations including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC2 and GDPR.

- Handling legal aspects of Data Security, Privacy and Information Security

SKILLS :

- Software Project management, Software as a Service(SaaS)

- Scrum, Agile Methodologies

- Product documentations, User journey design, wireframing, UI/UX designs

- API Designs, Integrations, testing and security

- Network infrastructure, hardening and server configurations

- Security frameworks including PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and SOC2.

- Network Security, SIEM, Cloud Security, Mobile & Web Application Security

- IT Audits, Application and System Controls, IT General Controls.

- Good understanding of FinTech & SaaS based business, ERP, T&E Products.
