Product Manager - FinTech

Looking for a Product Manager

Responsibilities

- You will build and improve this product in collaboration with the development, design, business and customer-facing teams.

- You will be responsible for delivering a product that would help merchants prevent fraudulent transactions and manage their risks.

- Conceptualize and design needed tools and features for the product and the risk management process.

- Manage product development resources to ensure that the team is able to deliver results according to project timeline.

- Identify issues and figure out how to improve processes by working with the risk and fraud team.

- Learn and apply latest innovations in risk management and fraud prevention systems.

Required Skills

- Customer-focused and passionate in providing the merchants a product that would really help their business.

- Superb in verbal and written communications to articulate product requirements, visions, and goals to the product development team.

- Self-starter who is motivated by seeing a product vision turn into a high-valued product.

- Able to prioritize and know how to manage changes.

- At least a Bachelor's/PG Degree.

- Proficiency in English.

- Previous experience in managing technical software products from early stage creation up to release.

- Previous experience in building systems with complex processes and complicated data flows.

- Knowledge and experience with tools and techniques used to identify and prevent fraud.

- Knowledge of MySQL is an advatage.

- Programming background (PHP) is a plus.
