Product Manager - FinTech

Roles and Responsibilities :-

1. Define and enhance UX on mobile apps (Android and iOS)

2. Increase user retention and engagement KPIs

3. Develop strategy and build product features

4. Define detailed requirements for tech for implementation

5. Work closely with other functions like UX, marketing and Ops teams.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience in product management

- Should have worked in Consumer Internet/ Fintech company for major part of the career.

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job

- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
