Qualification: A graduate with an engineering degree from IIT/NIT and/or an MBA from reputed institute. An MBA is required for non-engineering/mathematics background candidates

Job Description : 

- Support new product creation and product maintenance across credit and non-credit based products

- The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for supporting a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from evaluation to execution. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities

- Create business models and analyze competitive landscape

- Work with the technology teams for product integration into the platform

- Develop and monitor data-driven analytics for the respective products

- Engage with Sales team for product training and marketing

- Maintaining product models and documents related to products qualifications

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills

- Experience in credit and/or technology based products

- Good understanding of technology processes

- Experience working in product development, E-Commerce, payment companies, fintech, cloud ERP, SMB products

- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
