Product Manager - FinTech

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work directly with the Senior Product Management team and will be responsible for:

- Executing and scaling new product developments

- Improving operational efficiencies by automating processes

- Innovating ways to broaden product's target base

- Monitoring KPIs, unit economics, and other business metrics

- Coordinating with other teams/departments and ensuring timelines are adhered to

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 3 year of experience

- Self-driven attitude with high sense of ownership

- Have the ability to work with cross-functional teams and enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment

- Have the willingness to take initiative, and sheer ability to hustle to get things done

- Passionate about building revolutionary financial products and scaling them

- Highly motivated person with strong interpersonal skills

- A strong team player who can bring the best out of team members

- Analytical thought process

- May or may not have a tech background
