Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop & define product roadmaps & feature concepts
- Work in a cross-functional environment where you're engaging with engineers, marketers, content writers, designers & senior management
- Be able to think independently & own your area of the product
- Clearly communicate product plans, enhancements, new features & launch mini-products
- Be able to think through a feature from start to finish keeping in mind the impact on features, technology & ultimately the business
- Measure outcomes to understand what's working & what's failing
- Evaluate market competition & position the product line to appeal to the user
- Quantitatively & qualitatively analyze results to influence product decisions
- Constantly keep on improving internal processes to maximize productivity & efficiency at both resource & company level
- Driving innovation, coming up with out of the box solutions
Requirements:
- 2 to 8 years of product management experience in consumer product companies
- Strong track record of being able to develop and set release plans, track deadlines, deliverable, issues / risks and create mitigation strategies as needed to deliver quality products on time
- Strong communication skills and ability to refine messages based on the audience
- Track record of launching multiple products with high velocity
