Responsibilities : - 2+ years of experience owning and driving end-to-end complex product requirements across multiple teams. - Build, develop and manage the product roadmap for initiatives/features enhancing users i.e. customer and partner experience. - Drive improvement and conversion based on user experience and feedback to ensure the highest quality experience. - Come up with new ideas and avenues to acquire users. - Work backwards from user needs, wants and pain points to quickly iterate and articulate a strategy and long-term goals. - Use or commission market research, usability studies, and focus groups to identify user stories/use cases and best-of-breed benchmarks for solving user problems. - Lead the creation of high-quality communication and dashboard infrastructure for an optimum user experience. - Work with the Marketing team to analyze and understand the pain points of the user acquisition and develop products to optimize user conversion keeping the cost low. Requirements : - Minimum 2-year experience in Product Management. Passion for user experience, design, and experimentation. - Strong analytical mindset and ability to extract and analyze data from SQL based Databases. - A conceptual understanding of basic software development principles and software concepts like Databases, Servers, APIs, etc. - Experience working at a high growth start-up. - Prior experience of working in B2C internet companies, e-commerce and customer experience is must. Qualification: - Should be from a top-tier engineering college (IITs/NITs/BITs). MBA from a premier business school (IIMs/ISB) is a plus
