Product Manager - FinTech

Our client is a leading m-commerce platform which facilitates e-commerce and online money transfers. It is now aiming at capacity building by introducing new features to increase customer base and make the experience user friendly.

Job Description

Design, implement and follow up new features to enhance user experience. Understand, automate and minimise downtime and payment failures. Enhance internal cloud offerings of the system and increase the capacity. Widen customer base by easing the process of money transfer and wallet usage.

The Successful Applicant

- Must have relevant experience of 2+ years.

Job Description

- Be the voice of the user and lead extensive user studies to understand user needs and identify current gaps in the system.

- Help to define a product vision and strategy. Write clear product requirements and drive the projects to successful completion.

- Work to build high quality machine-learnt models to develop deep understanding of user taste, profile and needs.

- Collaborate with partner teams, business teams and other cross-functional organisations effectively in driving the projects and be the point of contact on the team.

- Relevant experience of 2+ years
