Responsibilities

- Own and lead product strategy and product development roadmap for our financial products

- Discovering upcoming trends in financial services products

- Responsible for steering products throughout the innovation stage & execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, tweaking and promoting your product to our intended customer base

- Create and build product initiatives focused on driving measurable results in conversions, user engagement, and Apps

- Responsible for the entire product lifecycle from understanding customer needs, figuring out market requirements through research and analysis.

- Develop and own cross-functional roadmap of product and process improvements by working closely with leadership, strategic partners and cross-functional teams

- Manage all key areas of product development: conversion optimization, UI / UX development, product analytics, market research, competitive analysis, customer support, cross-functional process improvements, roadmap, and priority management

- Develop and implement the go-to marketing strategy

Requirements:

- 0-3 years of prior experience in product management and relevant consumer finance

- Master's / Bachelor's degree in IT Field.

- Preferring candidates from Banking or Financial Domain.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, networking & relationship management skills for building and managing partnerships with external & internal stakeholders

- Experience in Insurance/Savings Products or Financial Services will be a plus

- Extremely strong analytic and program implementation skills
