Duties and Responsibility :

Role Requirement :

- Candidate should be catering to FGD market in Public & Private sector exclusively. 

- Candidate should possess market knowledge and should be familiar with customers operating in the segment. 

- Candidate needs to possess experience having demonstrated leadership qualities.

Key Result Areas :

- Spell out market initiative and execute the same in time bound manner.

- Conduct seminars, participate in exhibitions and carry out marketing activities to generate business leads.

- Market research & Penetration into various markets & applications.

- Achieve Order booking target within set gross margin for defined territory.

- Registrations & Approvals from Consultants/OEMs.

- Build a team and Maintain a healthy team atmosphere.

- Ensure travel expenses and other marketing expenses for team are within budget.

- Prepare MIS/executive summary on monthly basis to submit to steering committee/top management.

- Cost approval for project bid to be made for each project inline to the limit set by the management.

- Follow-up for outstanding payments/recovery.

- Recruit, build and Train- team with technical and soft skills.

- Candidate should have very good exposure to FGD market and should have won orders.

- Candidate with proposal/design experience will NOT be entertained.
