Job Opening for Product Manager-Fastag with Leading Pvt Sector Bank based at Mumbai

- In depth knowledge of FASTag business (National Electronic Toll Collection Program)/digital card products.

- P&L responsibility for FASTag business to deliver targeted growth and attain revenue targets

- Manage all key business drivers such as cost, revenue, portfolio management and attrition

- Manage relationships with service providers and aggregators.

- Analyzing the trends on FASTag business and work towards developing new/improved product offerings with an objective of acquiring new customers, with improved customer experience and reduced cost/risk

- Driving sales initiatives & targets to achieve business goals

- Training & operational management to sales team & enabling them to achieve the sales targets

- Effective liaising between various Inter - departments like operations, compliance risk, customer service & regulatory agencies like NPCI, NHAI etc.
