This is for Product teams - Internal Products and systems. This role will be responsible for Finance process orchestration. This will be purely internal stake holder management and will be responsible for Integration, migration and implementation of entire Finance management ERP.

Own and drive the product roadmap for all internal products and enterprise systems

- Be responsible for enhancements, modifications and integrations across the internal products and systems on an ongoing basis

- Generate the exhaustive set of use cases and requirement documents covering all business processes during the business transformation journey

- Identify integrations and modifications required between our core products/channels and internal systems and work with relevant product/engineering team to develop the pipelines

- Be the single point of contact from a product requirement and integration standpoint for external vendors and internal business/product teams

- Drive alignment across partners from finance, account management, channel business teams, product, UX designers, engineering, ad operations, sales, customer success, legal and help build a fully integrated product and systems landscape

What do we expect from you?

- Overall experience of 5+ years

- 4+ years in Product Management, building internal products and enhancing/customizing enterprise applications.

- Writing outstanding Product Requirements Documents, User Journeys, Wireframing, and Product analysis

- Good exposure to ERP systems, enabling customizations, defining unique business workflows and building integrations to external applications.

- Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes with hands on experience in driving automations and solving for critical business problems

- Understanding and empathy for business user behaviour, needs, challenges and ability to marry the same with clear data driven solutions and automations

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams

- Seize the initiative. Ability to thrive in a chaotic environment and perform without a lot of detailed guidance

- A strong bias for logical decision-making & action. Willingness to dot the i's and cross the t- s to make the product successful

- Ability to formulate a clear point-of-view on hard and ambiguous problems, drive stakeholder alignment in conversations and execute on the same

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task varied aspects and get the ball rolling to meet set expectations
