Job Purpose Statement: Product Manager - ERP is key role for defining the product roadmap and execution of the product deliverables in ERP software Job Responsibilities: 1. Be part of ERP product team 2. Define the product strategy and roadmap 3. Define feature list for Backend ERP product. Create PRDs, Workflows, Flow charts, PPT 4. Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification 5. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities 6. Take end to end ownership of backend ERP product 7. Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 9. Act as a leader within the company Knowledge and Skills: 1. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) 2. Four plus years of relevant experience 3. Start up experience and product-based company experience is preferred 4. Must have worked in Agile development methodologies 5. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products 6. Technical background, with experience in ERP, Supply chain, POS [Point Of Sale], Fulfilment Operations, Omnichannel - Online + Offline experience
