Product Manager - Equity - Broking

Roles & Responsibilities:

Mandatory - From broking industry only

- Responsible to innovate product offering in Equity segment.

- Should have understanding of Equity product and offering in industry.

- Able to identify the gap / opportunity in Equity segment.

- Coordination with various department for implementation of various offer and developing new offering.

- Driving the market share and revenue with help of the various channel internally.

- Tracking competition offering and create Product Road map.

- Vendor shortlisting, coordination for vendor presentations, vendor onboarding

- Documentation of In Principle notes / Sanction notes and getting them approved from Management.

Key Competencies:

- Experience of Equity Products in Capital Market.

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.

- Ability to engage customers and ask them the right questions.
