The Product Manager would be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other business verticals and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager would also ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

The role includes the following demonstrated experience:

- Defining the product strategy and roadmap, aligned to the Companies goals;

- Possess knowledge on A/B testing, PRD creation, jira and slack;

- Delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification;

- Be an expert with respect to the competition and be abreast with market;

- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product after understanding the consumer psychology;

- Perform product demos to customers;

- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals;

- Deliver a monthly revenue forecast;

- Develop sales tools and collateral;

- Propose an overall budget to ensure success;

- Ability to increase - user base journey from 100k to 1 Million;

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

- Approximately 3-5 years of experience from Entertainment industry (B2C Product based)

- Strong hold on primary and secondary research with respect to current market dynamics would be necessary, alongwith strong data analysis and logical skills;

- With demonstrated success working effectively in a large organization plus entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial career evidence;

- Collaborative capable of building relationships and adding value for quality of advice;

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to work effectively as part of a team, and multiple teams with various Team Leaders;

- Should be process oriented and structured in approach;

- Should have attention to detail
