Product Manager - EduTech (3-8 yrs)

We are hiring a "Product Manager" who will simply financial education for all the users

Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect the dots between growth targets, business goals, and consumer pain points using Product Management.

- Create products from scratch - mobile only to start with.

- Work with engineers and designers and other stakeholders and drive them with your zeal, passion, enthusiasm, and motivation.

- Engage with customers & internal stakeholders (product, engineering, business, and data, and communication, growth) to ship a pixel-perfect product experience.

- Identify and own meaningful metrics for the success of the business and making them - Go Big- with your own

- Efforts while balancing the user experience and customer satisfaction.

- Communicate clearly at all levels in the organization and champion your product all across.

- Own A/B Testing multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and bash all the myths & hints that can- t be measured by data.

Eligibility

- Tech and Product enthusiast/ practitioner, with a strong understanding and is willing to ideate, conceptualize, drive others, and implement products.

- Min 3-8 years of experience in Product Management in a start-up or education-related business

- Work-related to financial education especially inequities will be a big plus

- Education from an Institution of Repute or more than 2+ years of product management experience in a well-known consumer internet company with a million+ user base or a fintech start-up or an education business or an Ex-Entrepreneur

- Have a successful track record of conceptualizing, managing, and scaling up consumer products from scratch; building user-friendly products

- Demonstrating design thinking and managing multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
