Product Manager


- We are currently retained by an educational conglomerate in the country to hire a Technical Product Manager.

- As a Product Manager, you will work towards building innovative product for the Ed-Tech vertical, which will function like a start-up within the existing group.

- You will get to work closely with the business to identify product ideas and work towards their launches and be a key part of team that will define and develop products and experiences that transform Ed-tech experiences.

- This role need a thought leader- who can define product roadmap that balances consumer, business, and technical priorities. As with any new business unit, it requires you to be hands on both in terms of approach and implementation and have a strong tech background.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify, validate and prioritize customer and business needs using product research methodologies to deliver new revenue opportunities, while building new innovative experiences that will delight consumers.

- Work with UX designers to build the necessary wireframes and prototypes that will eventually translate into delightful consumer-facing features.

- Drive global product requirements, product planning and product design of new features and enhancements.

- Obsessively map the user journey and find creative ways to improve it; making it more delightful and responsive to the user's needs.

- Build consensus across our team, internal stakeholders and with external partners.

To fit the bill :

- You must be an Engineer from a top engg college along with total 5+ years' experience and have led various product launches in the market.

- Worked on executing and delivering beautiful product features in a deeply customer-centered way

- Ideally you must have worked on B2C segment.

- Experience in Ed-tech or learning companies is a big plus.
