Product Manager - Ed-Tech Startup (3-10 yrs)
It is an ed-tech start-up based out of Mumbai, founded by experienced professionals who are alumni of prestigious institutes namely Kellogg and MDI and have 20+ years of experience in various industries like Banking, Telecom, Automobile and Real estate respectively, handling leadership roles across business functions. We are at a stage of hiring our founding team members who are young, passionate individuals with high interest in making a difference in the education sector.
JDs as below -
Category Management
- Understanding the consumer, mining insights from data and translating them into business opportunities.
- Work closely with Academic team, Technology team & Sales team to conceptualize and roll out category building initiatives.
- Developing strategies for the category basis consumer understanding and portfolio of courses.
- Providing strategic guidance to product managers to develop product plans and oversee their execution
- Actively work with the marketing communication team to track and ensure effectiveness of campaigns/properties.
- Responsible for meeting that the top-line & bottom-line objectives of the category.
Product Management
- Responsible for product design, packaging, pricing & communication.
- Research and analyse data and market insights
- Work with consumers, Academic team , Product Tech team to identify new ways of expanding product categories Marketing
- Sound understanding of competitors, their product positioning, pricing and promotional activities
- Build Customer stickiness and revenue build up over time by ensuring cross sell / upsell and repeat purchase / renewal
