Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch. We expect our Product Managers to be resident entrepreneurs who empathise with users and find joy in identifying their problems and providing scalable solutions with our business goals in perspective. And of course, we want to work with fun team members with whom we can share a greater part of the day with.

Roles and Responsibilities-

- Build products from ground up, by taking in inputs from our end users - entrepreneurs across the country of various backgrounds

- Building products that bring structure and clarity to complex, but currently non-digital business functions, and optimize the processes for scale.

- Building deep institutional knowledge of various businesses, their internal process, and their interactions with various other entities.

- Partnering with and lead cross-functional teams like Design, Engineering, Sales, Operations, etc. to set product priorities

- Defining and socializing the roadmap of your product area through deep research and understanding of business goals

- Bringing your solutions to market through ownership of the full product lifecycle: problem identification, solution design, spec, implementation, and validation

- Managing competing priorities with consistency and transparency

About You:

- You've worked for 4+ years in of product management role, preferably on SaaS companies

- You have experience in making solutions for users who are comfortable with vernacular languages

- You're an analytical, metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach

- You're committed to collaboration and are able to work well with other business units to build iterative solutions that continuously deliver value

- You have a proven track record of entering a new space and building expertise rapidly.

- You have the mental resilience to know that we're just at the start of a long journey

- You are comfortable in an ever-changing environment and have a passion for successfully navigating ambiguous problem areas

- You have worked on complex, technical customer journeys, with both online and offline components
